He has built trusted and long-term relationships with all his prestigious clients including, Volkswagen, Renault, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Škoda, Tata, Mahindra, Honda Motorcycles India, Maruti-Suzuki, Bajaj, Cartier, Nivea and renowned personalities like the Prince Michael of Kent, Ari Vatanen, Giacomo Agostini, Ajinkya Rahane, Neel Jani and Sir Stirling Moss.

Makarand’s obsession for classic cars has developed into a deep understanding and knowledge of pre and post-war classics, and he takes great pride in having photographed over 800 of them. These works have been published in multiple award-winning international books and publications. He is an active member of The Guild of Motoring Writers.
